How to Dress Your Kids as the Whole HUNTR/X Trio. Rumi, Mira and Zoey, Plus What You'll Need to Buy Separately
If you have three kids, or one kid and two best friends, you already know this year's costume argument. Nobody wants to be "the other one." In KPop Demon Hunters, that's not a problem, because HUNTR/X only works as a trio. Rumi is the lead singer with the long purple braid and a sword. Mira is the dancer with the sharp style and the big weapon. Zoey is the rapper and lyricist with the throwing blades and the most chaotic energy in the group. The Netflix movie became the platform's most-watched title ever, "Golden" hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won the Oscar for Best Original Song, and now an entire generation of kids knows every dance move. HalloweenCostumes.com sells all three HUNTR/X members as kids' costumes by Disguise, starting with the Girl's KPop Demon Hunters Classic Rumi Costume at $39.99 to $49.99.
The Mira and Zoey costumes cost $34.99 to $39.99, so a full trio comes to about $115 to $130 before wigs. Add the three matching wigs, and you're closer to $215 to $230.
None of the three costumes have reviews on HalloweenCostumes.com yet. But the same Disguise costumes are sold on Walmart, where parents have left a few comments, and the Zoey blades on HalloweenCostumes.com have one honest review. So this guide covers each costume, how sizing works for all three, what parents said and what to add.
Rumi: the leader
The Girl's KPop Demon Hunters Classic Rumi Costume (item DI198119) includes two pieces: a romper and an open-front jacket, both polyester with sublimated graphics. The jacket slips on without buttons or zippers, which is easy for kids. On Walmart, the same costume is described with a foil-printed silver necklace, a printed tassel, zipper trim and dimensional shoulder armor, so the printed details do a lot of work.
Pricing is uneven. The 7/8 costs $49.99, the 10/12 costs $39.99, and the 4/6 is out of stock right now.
The listing is clear that the "sword and wig [are] not included." The Girl's K-Pop Demon Hunters Rumi Costume Wig, a braided style, costs $39.99, and it can't be returned once opened. HalloweenCostumes.com doesn't sell a Rumi sword.
On Walmart, the same Rumi costume has a 4.4-star average from 19 ratings and a few written reviews from parents. AnastasiiaN wrote, "This Rumi costume is absolutely adorable! The colors are bright and fun, and the quality is really nice. My daughter loves it and looks so cute wearing it. It is a little oversized, but otherwise it fits well and is comfortable." InnaM said, "It also feels durable enough to wear more than once." And Gary, who bought a 10/12, wrote, "VERY impressive look and quality."
Mira: the dancer
The Girl's KPop Demon Hunters Classic Mira Costume (item DI249359) includes a jumpsuit with an attached skirt and a necklace. The jumpsuit is a shiny polyester that closes with hook-and-loop down the center back and has an elastic waistband at the back. The attached skirt has a sublimated chain design and an embroidered tassel. The necklace is a choker that fastens with hook-and-loop.
Walmart's listing for the same costume describes printed silver shoulder armor, a layered yellow denim skirt, attached pants with magenta accents and boot-like graphics. So there's a lot of detail printed in, and it's all one piece, which means no separate layers to keep track of.
Mira is the cheapest of the three. The 7/8 costs $39.99 and the 10/12 costs $34.99. Like Rumi, the 4/6 is currently out of stock.
The listing notes "Wig and blade not included." The Girl's K-Pop Demon Hunters Mira Costume Wig costs $29.99, styled with ponytails. It's not returnable once opened. Mira's weapon in the movie is a long polearm, and the site doesn't sell one, so that's a DIY project if your kid wants it.
On Walmart, the Mira costume has two five-star ratings, and one written review, from September 2026: "My granddaughter loves it !!"
Zoey: the wild card
The Girl's KPop Demon Hunters Classic Zoey Costume (item DI198129) includes a jumpsuit and an armband. The jumpsuit is a shiny poly knit romper with sublimated graphics, an elastic back waist and hook-and-loop closures. The armband is described as a poly knit pouch with straps and hook-and-loop fasteners, and the flap opens to a small compartment, which is a fun little bonus. Kids love a secret pocket.
Zoey is the easiest of the three to buy right now. All three sizes are in stock, and they all cost $39.99.
The Girl's K-Pop Demon Hunters Zoey Costume Wig costs $29.99, styled with braided buns, on a mesh cap with an elastic band. Like the others, it's not returnable once opened.
Zoey's props are the one weapon the site actually sells. The K-Pop Demon Hunters Zoey Spirit Blades Accessory costs $19.99 and includes two 6-inch plastic blades with tassels. It has one review, from Karina in September 2026, who gave it four stars: "These are fine but not amazing. Based on how they look in the movie i would have liked there to be more of a blue purple iridescence to them, but I knew from the pictures they wouldn't. (That's okay, I added some on my own.) However the real disappointment was that they are fixed in an open position and don't close & open or otherwise move. they'll work for the costume though!"
On Walmart, the same Zoey costume has a 4.7-star average from 12 ratings. Rachel, who bought a Medium, wrote, "MY DAUGHTER FREAKING LOVES AND IS SOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE AND SPOT ON OF ZOEY!!!" And Dawn said, "my granddaughter loved this outfit from k pop demon hunters the price was great to." There's also one one-star rating with no comment.
How sizing works for all three
Here's the good news for a trio: all three costumes use the same size chart. That makes it easy to buy for three kids at once.
Size 4/6 fits kids 43 to 48.5 inches tall and 39 to 50 pounds, with a 26-inch chest, 23-inch waist and 26.5-inch hips. Size 7/8 fits kids 49 to 53 inches tall and 58 to 66 pounds, with a 29-inch chest, 26-inch waist and 30.5-inch hips. And size 10/12 fits kids 54 to 60 inches tall and 67 to 84 pounds, with a 30.5-inch chest, 27-inch waist and 32-inch hips. The inseam ranges from 18 to 26 inches, depending on size.
There's a weight gap between the 4/6 and the 7/8, from 50 to 58 pounds. If your kid is in that range, go by height first. And since one Rumi parent said it runs "a little oversized," there's some room to work with.
The bigger issue right now is stock. The 4/6 is out of stock for both Rumi and Mira, while Zoey's 4/6 is available. So if your trio includes a younger kid, Zoey might be the easiest character to assign them. Or check back for a restock, since the Rumi page has a notify-me option.
And at the top end, the 10/12 tops out at 60 inches, or 5 feet. Older tweens may already be too big.
What a full trio costs
Here's how the math works out. In size 7/8, Rumi is $49.99, Mira is $39.99 and Zoey is $39.99, for a total of $129.97. In size 10/12, it's $39.99, $34.99 and $39.99, for $114.97.
The wigs add $99.97 for all three: $39.99 for Rumi and $29.99 each for Mira and Zoey. Zoey's blades are another $19.99.
So a full trio with wigs costs about $215 to $230, depending on sizes, and about $235 to $250 with Zoey's blades. That's a lot, but it's spread across three kids, and the costumes are the kind of thing they'll wear around the house for months.
If that's too much, skip the wigs. All three wigs are non-returnable once opened, and their prices add up fast. Kids with long hair can braid it for Rumi, pull it into a high ponytail for Mira or twist it into two buns for Zoey. A bit of washable colored hair spray, purple for Rumi, can get you close for a few dollars.
What all three costumes have in common
All three are short-sleeved or sleeveless, with short pants or skirts. That's perfect for a performance look, and a little chilly for a cold October night.
So plan for layers. Black leggings or tights under all three costumes will keep kids warm and make the group look even more matched. A black long-sleeve top under the jackets and jumpsuits works too. For shoes, the site suggests Combat Military Kid's Costume Boots for $24.99 to $29.99, which suit the demon-hunter look and are warmer than sneakers.
All three also close with hook-and-loop, either at the front or the back. That makes them easy to put on, though back closures might need a grown-up's help. And all three have printed details instead of sewn-on pieces, which keeps them light and comfortable for dancing.
Making it a show
The best part of a HUNTR/X trio is the performance. Kids who've seen the movie will want to do the choreography, and a trio in matching costumes doing the "Golden" dance on a front porch is going to get a lot of candy.
The site sells a Disco Tile Costume Microphone Accessory for $19.99, which is perfect for Rumi, the lead singer. A cardboard sword for Rumi and a cardboard polearm for Mira, painted silver, round out the weapons. And Zoey already has her blades.
If you want to add a rival, there's a Boy's KPop Demon Hunters Classic Saja Boy Costume for $49.99, with a robe and hat. A brother or cousin as a Saja Boy turns your trio into a whole battle of the bands. There's also a KPop Demon Hunters Derpy Costume Head for $69.99 for anyone who wants to be the tiger.
Summary
HalloweenCostumes.com sells the full HUNTR/X trio as kids' costumes by Disguise: Rumi for $39.99 to $49.99, Mira for $34.99 to $39.99 and Zoey for $39.99. All three use the same size chart, and parents who bought the same costumes on Walmart say they look great and kids love them. Wigs cost extra and can't be returned once opened, and only Zoey's weapons are sold on the site. Plan on $115 to $130 for the three costumes, or about $215 to $230 with wigs.
So, is the HUNTR/X trio worth it?
For families with three KPop Demon Hunters fans, yes. The costumes are well priced for licensed outfits, especially Mira and Zoey, and they match each other well, since they're from the same brand and use the same sizing. The early parent feedback is very positive.
I'll admit the wig prices gave me pause. Three non-returnable wigs at a combined $99.97 is a real chunk of the budget. But for a lot of kids, the hair is what makes them feel like the character, so it might be worth it. If not, real hair, a few braids and some colored spray will do the trick.
So check each kid's height against the chart, grab the sizes you need before they sell out, and add black leggings for warmth. Practice the choreography. Then let the trio take the stage at every house on the block. Just be ready, because once they start singing "Golden," they won't stop until the candy bags are full.
