Master Duel Qualifiers: The Road to Tokyo’s Championship Start
- 0
The journey toward the premier tournament is now in motion. Competitors are fine-tuning their strategies and preparing their decks as they gear up for one of the season’s most anticipated events in August.
Players on the Master Duel platform are busy readying their cards and organizing their decks for the upcoming championship. Previously, an in-game event on another platform gave duelists the opportunity to secure a spot at Worlds, and now the focus has shifted to Master Duel.
An official announcement detailed that the Master Duel qualifiers not only offer a chance for duelists to demonstrate their skill but also provide opportunities for team entries. Top performers, along with two partners, may earn a coveted position at the event. The qualification process is structured in two stages, with the first stage scheduled from the 10th to the 22nd of June.
The next phase, the Regional Qualifiers, will challenge the elite from the initial round from the 19th to the 22nd of June. Only the strongest competitors will have the opportunity to compete on the Tokyo stage. Key event dates include:
- Initial stage: June 10 – 22
- Regional Qualifiers: June 19 – 22
For those who enjoy the spirit of dueling without necessarily taking part in high-stakes tournaments, the Road to Worlds event also offers engaging rewards. Participants who log in will receive commemorative items such as gems, a scarce rare card, and additional prizes. More details about the full campaign can be found through official channels.
