The Director Of Cyberpunk 2077 Expresses Gratitude Toward Supporters As The Game Achieves A 95% Favorable Review Score On Steam

Cyberpunk 2077's Associate Game Director Paweł Sasko has expressed gratitude towards the game's community for the multitude of favorable Steam evaluations received over the past month.
The expansive urban role-playing title underwent a troubled debut, prompting CD Projekt shareholders to contemplate legal action against the company for disseminating what they claimed to be significantly deceptive details. Additionally, Sony offered reimbursements to Cyberpunk 2077 customers dissatisfied with the gameplay quality on the PS4, exceeding the usual time frame allowed for returns, before ultimately removing the game from its storefront soon after its initial release.
However, following the celebrated launch of its Phantom Liberty DLC, an overwhelming 95 percent of the 7,000+ critiques submitted in the recent month have been commendatory—an outcome Sasko remarked they had "always had faith in" but "never envisioned witnessing in reality."
"The impact of this on me is beyond what you might perceive," Sasko shared on Twitter/X, accompanied by an emoticon showing tears. "The prospect of surrendering was never an option for me, and I was always confident in the potential for a turnaround, yet I never imagined I would really witness such affirmations."
